Coffee has been my life line for decades, the smell would wake me up whenever my parents would brew a pot. Working part-time in Food&Beverage since 2006, I've unknowingly narrowed my field of flavors and odors from chef in the kitchen to sommelier at the dining table to barista with coffee since 2016. SCA Certified since 2017. With a background in chemistry, understanding the brew methods was very easy for me. Combined with an insatiable curiosity for knowledge, I strive to learn even more about the world of coffee. Currently building up experience to participate in the Dutch Brewers Cup 2024 and perhaps WBrC in the future!

Advanced Horse Back Ride through St Maarten’s Beautiful Nature

We are organizing something super awesome!!!

The 5th of January, we are going on a 2.5 hour ride from seaside nature park to Divi little bay! Afterwards we are going to have lunch at our beach side pavilion and restaurant La Hacienda!

The ride will be for intermediate and advanced rider only! You need to be able to trot and canter comfortably by yourself.

We start at 10am at Seaside nature park.

  • Price: $85 p.p. ($20 discount for residents, bring your ID)
  • Pre-register required
  • Bring reef safe sunscreen!
  • Limited amount of places available!

We were happy to see so many of you last week during the reopening of our discovery farm aka petting zoo. It has taken us almost 2 years to rebuild the damages Irma did to our farm but the result is truly amazing. We’ve already said that…

Opening Hours Discovery Farm

A big thank you to everyone who helped out during the grand reopening last weekend. It was a great and beautiful day, thanks to all who came.

Below are our opening hours and entrance fees.

  • The farm will be open to the public on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 12pm to 3pm.
  • The entrance fee is 5$ per child and 3$ per adult.

Guided farm tours, birthday parties, field trips and other events are possible upon request. For groups with more than 8 persons a reservation is needed! Please contact us for reservations.
